For over 20 years, I have counseled construction companies, contractors, subcontractors, material suppliers, owners, real estate developers, design professionals, insurance companies, sureties and a variety of other companies on their litigation and contractual needs.

I have resolved disputes involving hundreds of construction projects, some valued in excess of $100 million.

I am admitted to all state and federal courts in California, and am experienced in proceedings before the American Arbitration Association, Judicial Arbitration and Mediations Services (JAMS) and similar dispute resolution forums.
